Panilux is not responsible for third-party sites linked here. Panilux may remove or change content and links at any time.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”. Panilux gives no warranty for availability, accuracy or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect/consequential damages.

• Issues caused by user error/misconfiguration, insufficient resources, or third‑party software/services/network infrastructure are outside Panilux’s responsibility.
• Panilux is not liable for hardware incompatibility, manufacturing defects, environmental impacts and/or power outages, nor for planned/unplanned maintenance or negligence of hosting/telecom or data center providers.

Changes

Panilux may amend/update these terms at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion; changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the site/panel constitutes acceptance.

In addition to general terms, Panilux may define supplemental/special terms for specific users/accounts/orders/projects and may update such special terms individually. Where special terms conflict with the general terms, the special terms prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Law and Jurisdiction

Governing law: Republic of Türkiye. Jurisdiction: Istanbul Central Courts. For consumer transactions, mandatory consumer rules and competent Consumer Courts/Boards prevail.

Billing and Refunds

• Services are prepaid; no cash refunds. No refunds or set‑offs for partial periods, setup/activation or usage.
• Cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing cycle; no refunds for the current term.
• In case of chargebacks, Service may be suspended; costs and reasonable collection fees are borne by the User. Billing disputes must be raised within 5 days.
• Service credits may be issued at Panilux’s discretion; credits are not redeemable for cash.
• Service credits are non‑transferable/non‑assignable and may be applied only to future Panilux invoices for the same account; credits do not apply to taxes, third‑party fees or past‑due balances.
• Credits expire 90 days after issuance unless stated otherwise; they bear no interest and may not be combined with other promos/discounts. Credits may be cancelled upon breach/default.
